In 2005 Regina Eaton started a consulting service to help non-profit organizations meet their long and short-term goals.

Ms. Eaton has a long and varied history of work in the public policy arena.

For five years she served as the Deputy Director of the Democracy Program at Demos. At Demos Ms. Eaton organized conferences, developed strategy, and conducted analysis of democracy issues.

Before joining Demos, Ms. Eaton led the Alliance for Quality Education (AQE), a New York State coalition of over 200 organizations that believe that every child in NY State deserves a quality education.

From March of 1991 to March of 2001 Ms. Eaton served as Counsel to New York State Assembly Deputy Speaker, Arthur O. Eve.  There she gained extensive experience working with various levels of government, community based organizations and the media.

She is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut.
